Marriage services are performed at the Islamic Community Center of Laurel according to the Quran and Sunnah. Appointments must be made in advance with the ICCL office.
ICCL requires that a marriage license be obtained from your county of residence prior to the scheduled marriage date. It is also required that the Wakil/Walee (authorized guardian of the bride) be present along with two male witnesses. Please inform the office immediately if this is not possible.
ICCL will issue a marriage certificate from the masjid.
