EID ADHA PRAYER
Eid al-Adha Prayer Timings & Takbeer Tashreeq

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu.

There will be two Eid al–Adha prayers at ICCL this Wednesday, August 22nd inshaAllah.

The first prayer will be conducted by Brother Aslam Khan, and the timing will be as follows:

0730-0745 AM: Takbeer
0745-0810 AM: English lecture
0810-0820 AM: Prayer
0820-0830 AM: Arabic khutbah

The second prayer will be conducted by Brother Hayder Qaadri, and the timing will be as follows:

0930-0945 AM: Takbeer
0945-1010 AM: English lecture
1010-1020 AM: Prayer
1020-1030 AM: Arabic khutbah

Please be sure to come on time, and to follow the instructions of the police officers and parking coordinators on site.

The Takbeer Tashreeq will be recited after every fard salah at ICCL from Fajr this Tuesdayup until Asr this Saturday inshaAllah.

Takbeer Tashreeq is the recitation of:

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَاَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْد
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La iIlaha iIlallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa Lillahil Hamd.

Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest. There is no deity besides Allah and Allah is the greatest. Allah is the greatest and all praises are for Allah only.

Note: Reciting takbeer tashreeq once is wajib (compulsory) after every salah, and reciting it three times is permissible. Men will recite it loudly, and women will recite it softly.

Khateeb August 17th.

There will be two Jummu’ah prayers this Friday August 17, 2018. The first Khutbah begins at 12:50pm and will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Br. Hayder Qaadri. The second Khutbah begins at 1:50pm and will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Dr. Abdul Munim. Please come early to obtain the full benefit of the entire Khutba.

Dhul Hijjah & Eid al-Adha

ICCL adheres to the established sunnah of confirmed moon-sighting to determine the Islamic months. There were multiple confirmed moon-sightings by the Central Hilal Committee on the night of August 12th, therefore the 1st of Dhul Hijjah will be on Monday, August 13th. Eid al–Adha will thus be on Wednesday, August 22nd, and our Eid prayers at ICCL will be held at 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM inshaAllah.

Khateeb August 10th.

There will be two Jummu’ah prayers this Friday August 10, 2018. The first Khutbah begins at 12:50pm and will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Dr. Kashif Yahya. The second Khutbah begins at 1:50pm and will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Br. Junaid Ansari. Please come early to obtain the full benefit of the entire Khutba.

Khateeb August 3rd.

There will be two Jummu’ah prayers this Friday August 03, 2018. The first Khutbah begins at 12:50pm and will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Maulana Sheikh Adil Khan. The second Khutbah begins at 1:50pm and will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Hafiz Jawad Chaudhry. Please come early to obtain the full benefit of the entire Khutba.
