1.      Please join us at ICCL tonight, Friday April 11th, after Maghrib (7:50PM) as Mufti Hussain Kamani will be visiting us from Chicago to deliver a talk on Connecting to the Prophet (S.A.W.).  Do not miss out on this opportunity to benefit insha Allah! (Jummah only)

2.       The ICCL Girls Youth Group is planning a day trip to Washington, DC on Saturday, April 12th, , to see the cherry blossoms insha Allah. All girls and their mothers are welcome to join. Transportation is being arranged for a nominal fee on a first come, first serve basis. Please check the ICCL website for information on how to reserve your spot.

3.       (Web) ICCL  Janazah Committee has negotiated a price for grave sites. We are encouraging our community to purchase a site. The payment can be lump sum or distributed over time. If you have interest, please see our office manager

4.       For those interested in becoming new students in the Alim Program, please contact the office manager to get more information and register

5.        Express Care has a display outside today to raise awareness and funds for Children with Cancer and their families.  Please show them your support insha Allah.  (Jummah only)

6.        Icna Sisters of Maryland,  will be holding a a Tarbiyya Workshop on Janazah/Funeral Rites on April 26^th from 10:30am-3:30 pm.  This is a free event open to all and lunch will be provided InshaAllah.

The khutbah this Friday, April 11, 2014 will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Maulana Sheikh Adil Khan. Please come early at 1:20pm so as to obtain the full benefit of the entire khutbah.

It can be used by them or a family member and helps offset the cost when the time comes. The payment can be lump sum or distributed evenly over a time period. Br. Tariq Masoud passed away

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of brother Tariq Masoud (the brother in law of brother Muhammad Sajjad) in Southern Maryland. 

The Janaazah prayer will be held at ICCL on Sunday February 2nd 2014 at 12:20PM.

We ask Allah SWT to forgive him, have mercy on him and give him Jannat ul-Firdous.

We also ask Allah SWT to give patience to the family during this difficult time.
