Alhumdulillah, there has been a confirmed moonsighting in Chile that fulfills our criteria and thus we will complete 29 days of fasting and the first day of Shawwal will be Monday July 28th.

This is a reminder that sadaqatul fitr is $7 per person in a household. Please pay it as soon as possible so that it can be distributed.
ICCL adheres to the established sunnah of moonsighting. We encourage the community to go out this Sunday and attempt to spot the new moon of Shawwal. If the moon is spotted, we will complete 29 days and celebrate Eid on Monday. If not, we will complete 30 days and celebrate Eid on Tuesday inshaAllah.
There will be two Jumma Prayers this Friday July 18, 2014.
The first Khutbah begins at 1:10pm. The second Khutbah begin at 2:15pm.The first Khutbah will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Sheikh Javid Bhaiyat.
The second Khutbah will (inshaa-Allah) be given by Dr. Kashif Yahya. Please come early to obtain the full benefit of the entire Khutbah.
ICCL will celebrate EidulFitr together with Makkah Learning Center at Makkah Learning Center (814 Brandy Farms Ln, Gambrills, MD 21054). Eid Prayer will begin at 9AM. There will be a festival including FREE food following the Eid Prayer.
