Drive-In Jummah Prayers

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu,

ICCL will be holding two outdoor jumah prayers tomorrow, June 12th inshaAllah. The first prayer will begin at 1:30 PM. The second prayer will begin at 2:30 PM.

Limited vehicles will be permitted into the ICCL parking lot to attend and only a few pre-selected individuals (from the administration and volunteer group) will be praying behind the imam. Everyone must remain in their vehicles until they are directed to exit for the prayer. It is extremely important that all community members come prepared each with a prayer rug and everyone must wear a mask. Please strictly follow all instructions of the police officers and volunteers.

Only men are requested to attend the prayers. Women and children ages 13 and younger are permitted/requested to pray at home, or attend and pray in their vehicles. If any women do choose to still pray outside on the lot, the outer rows on each edge of the lot will be designated for sisters. You can inform the volunteers when entering the lot that you desire to park on an outer edge.
