Halal Meat Policy

Any meat served at ICCL must be provided by a vendor (business or home) that either:

(1) is certified by the DMV Ulama Council, HMS, or HFSAA

or

(2) provides proof to our Religious leadership that what they are using to prepare the meals is Zabihah hand-slaughtered 

* For (2) ICCL is not endorsing the non-certified vendor for the community to eat at their location. Although the meat at the ICCL event will be confirmed, ICCL cannot guarantee their meat will be Zabihah hand-slaughtered when served at their location 100% of the time.
